Free shipping on every order, with no minimum. Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 5–7 business days from dispatch. All orders include tracking.

Returns

30-day Happy Walks guarantee. If you're not happy with your BrightTails gear, contact info@brighttails.store within 30 days of delivery for a return or replacement. Items should be in usable, resellable condition; return shipping is on us for defective items.
