Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of brighttails.store and any purchase you make here. Buying from us means you agree to them — so we've kept them short and in plain language.

Orders

An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order in full if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred — you'll hear from us first. All prices are shown at checkout in USD unless another currency is displayed.

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 5–7 business days from dispatch. Every order includes tracking. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Any customs duties on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

30-Day Happy Walks Guarantee

If BrightTails gear doesn't make your daily walks better, you have 30 days from delivery to tell us at info@brighttails.store — we'll arrange a return or refund. Items should come back in usable, resellable condition. Return shipping is on us for defective items. This guarantee is in addition to — and never limits — your statutory consumer rights, including the 14-day withdrawal right for EU/UK customers.

The 30 Days to Loose-Leash Walking guide is licensed for your personal use. Please don't redistribute or resell it.

Using this site

Content on this site (text, photos, the BrightTails name and logo) belongs to us — please don't reuse it commercially without permission. Training content on this site and in our guide is general information, not veterinary advice; consult your vet about your dog's health and exercise.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
