Timelines

• Processing: orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: 5–7 business days from dispatch.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email the moment it ships.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility. Most BrightTails orders are below common duty thresholds.

Address changes & lost parcels

Spotted a typo in your address? Email info@brighttails.store as soon as possible — we can usually fix it before dispatch. If tracking shows your parcel stalled or lost, contact us and we'll chase the carrier or send a replacement.
